Steel Properties
1.2367 EFS is a Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium-alloyed hot working tool steel with extra fine structure (EFS), excellent toughness, hot wear resistance and heat resistance. 1.2367 EFS has excellent temperature strength and thermal shock resistance, good hardenability, minimal warpage and insusceptibility to hot cracking.

1.2367 EFS is used on forging dies, casting dies, die holders, extrusion dies for heavy metals, inner liner for light metals, profiling dies, and mandrels.
